Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for booking our vacation apartments
- Booking and Payment:
- The booking of the vacation apartment is made through a written or electronic request by the guest and a subsequent written or electronic confirmation by the landlord.
- A deposit of 30% of the rental price is to be paid within 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation of the booking is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations between 29 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the rental price. For cancellations from 13 days before arrival or non-arrival, we charge 100% of the rental price.
- Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, and check-out should be done by 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Liability:
- The landlord is not liable for theft, loss or damage to the guest's belongings during their stay in the vacation apartment. The guest is liable for any damages that occur during their stay in the vacation apartment.
- House Rules:
- A house rule applies to the vacation apartment, which the guest must comply with. This includes, in particular, leaving the vacation apartment in a clean condition and disposing of the garbage properly.
- Force Majeure:
- The landlord is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or strikes.
- Jurisdiction:
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place where the vacation apartment is located is the place of jurisdiction.
- Severability Clause:
- If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
- Data Protection:
- The landlord collects and processes the guest's personal data solely for the purpose of processing the booking and the stay in the vacation apartment. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or is legally required. The guest has the right to information, correction, and deletion of their personal data at any time.
