• Please use the kitchen and inventory carefully and clean it after use.
• Please report any damages or problems in the vacation rental immediately to the landlord.
• Please dispose of trash and waste in the designated containers.
• Please comply with local laws and regulations.
• Please turn off all electrical devices and lights when leaving the vacation rental.
• Please handle the furniture and furnishings carefully and avoid damages.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. The landlord is not liable for any losses or theft.
• Please do not take the provided towels to the beach or other public places.
• Please avoid unnecessary waste of water and energy.
• Please do not enter the private areas of the vacation rental that are not accessible to guests.
• Please follow the instructions of the landlord for the use of devices and facilities in the vacation rental.
• Please park only in the designated parking spaces and make sure not to block other vehicles.
• Please leave the vacation rental in a neat and clean condition and do not leave any personal belongings or trash.
• The outdoor area as well as the check-in area of the vacation rental are permanently monitored by video and audio for the safety of our guests and the property. By entering the property, you agree to the local storage of the data for 3 months. These will never be passed on to third parties (except for legal purposes), will be stored encrypted and only used for information in case of emergency.
